Zoom

Before your Zoom meeting, you’ll need to do a few things:

• If you do not have Zoom on your computer, you will need to install it. Click here to go to Zoom download center and install it.

• If you do have Zoom installed, please make sure you launch it before the meeting and check for updates. Its best to do this in advance to make sure you don't run into any issues.

• If you are a speaker you’ll want to use the desktop version of Zoom, not joining with your browser.

• There are breakout rooms during the conference. If you need more information about participating in breakout rooms, please read the Zoom help page on breakout rooms.

• Again, its important to have your Zoom program updated before the meeting begins.
